Japan have decided to provide emergency funds of 4 million US dollars to Lebanon and other countries where have accepted refugees. The aid is given out from Japan in order to help to address the concerns of the international community about refugees staying in the Middle East and countries on the migration route to Europe. The funds will be distributed through international organizations such as the office of the United Nations high commissioner for refugees.

Half the grant will be given to Lebanon, where has already accepted more than one million refugees. The money provided will be used to build irrigation facilities to boost food production as there are not enough food for all refugees and they need sufficient food to live. The money will also be used to help refugees to become independent financially.

The remaining 2 million dollars will be sent to countries of the former Yugoslavia, such as Serbia and Macedonia, to help them deal with the influx of migrants

On the other hand of providing funds for refugees, the Japanese government has decided to start the expansion of accepting foreigners including unskilled workers. One of the reasons for this is closely linked with the decrease in the Japanese population and increase in life expectancy. There are not enough people to work in the most developed Asian country. Shortage of workers to build a new national stadium for the coming Olympic in 2020 is a good example of this case.

The unskilled foreigner can surely be able to help Japan with this kind of issues. However, there can be negative effects of accepting foreigners.  It can give opportunities for terrorists to get into Japan easily and action must be taken with cares. Passport control will be a lot more strict by taking a picture and collecting fingerprints of the incomer.

However at this moment,  it is extremely strict for accepting unskilled workers to get into Japan. 5200 foreign people are reported to be denied to enter Japan each year.
