Toyota to Release New Prius with Best Energy Consumption

Toyota Motor Corp. has released the details for 2016 version of Prius on Tuesday. The fourth generation of the Prius promised many improvements in areas such as the battery, engine, wind resistance and amazing energy consumption figure. The brand new Prius which is scheduled to release next year will be able to run up to 40-kilo meters with a liter of gasoline. This is going to be the best figure from the Japanese four wheels vehicle.

Toyota's Prius has been released back in 1997 as the pioneer of the next generation's car concerning about the environment. The second and third generation has increased the awareness to the environment and made a huge impact to many people.

This time, the concept of this fourth generation of Prius is "Beautiful Hybrid". Not only the better quality of energy consumption but also to "consideration about co-existence with the society". This latest Prius can be used as a power supply in the emergency. Drivers can enjoy driving even more with quiet engines. The car is designed with lower gravity so it looks even better and luxury too.

The improvements of 20% in areas including battery, engine and lightening motors as well as reducing air resistance. This resulted in the record-breaking energy consumption to be marked by Prius. The new Prius will have to go through an energy consumption test organized by the country to officially rate the car but it is going to be set to clear.  Currently, Toyota's another vehicle named Aqua and a light car from Suzuki called ALTO has the best energy consumption rate of 37-kilo meters with a liter of gasoline.

"Even though there are many hybrid cars in Japan and the U.S.A but there are not many worldwide. With the new introduction of the brand new Prius, we would like to spread hybrid car to all over the world" said by a chief engineer, Koji Toshima who took part in the new Prius development.
