New Sequel to "Code Geass" Announced at 10th Anniversary Event

Now in the 10th year since its premiere in 2006, the original robot anime "Code Geass" by Sunrise has an authentic sequel lined up, it was announced at the anniversary event "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion - Miraculous Anniversary".

Code Geass is the story of a rebellion by a boy Lelouch with a miraculous power Geass at his disposal against the superpower Holy Britannian Empire reigning over one-third of the world .

Two animes have been released so far, followed by an extra "Code Geass: Akito the Exiled", and the story still enjoys huge popularity. 
It might come as a shock to many fans that the anniversary event this time revealed the due arrival of a completely new sequel that tells what follows Zero Requiem - the final round of Series 2. 

Code GeassIt was also bared that the production of a theatrical edition of a clip of the TV anime is underway also in commemoration of the event.  The media of the anime are not yet made public, and the fans cannot take their eyes off Code Geass for some time yet.
