Jetstar Japan Gained Funds and Starts Flying Internationally

Jetstar Japan received other financial funds of seven billion yen ($57.8 million) in extra capital in late August from major shareholders, Japan Airlines and Australia's Qantas Airways cluster.

The affordable carrier, based mostly at Narita International Airport close to Tokyo, has been struggling financially. Now Jetstar has a new plan to get out of debt and step into the black within few fears time. The new plan involves new international flights to Hong Kong. This will become the first international route for Jetstar Japan.

Jetstar Japan issued 3.5 billion yen with providing of ten billion yen in annual support, in new shares to every of the 2 shareholders, one is Japan Airlines and another one is Qantas Airline from Australia.  

Flying primarily out of Narita and Kansai International Airport close to the urban center, Jetstar Japan offers domestic flights to Sapporo, Fukuoka and Naha. it's been sharply increasing routes to be known better by many people. However, its seat vacancy has been high. The carrier suffered a web loss of 11.1 billion yen within the year complete June 2014 and seems to possess remained within the red within the year through June 2015.

This year Jetstar starts providing flights internationally. The first global route will connect Japanese airports to Hong Kong airport. This should help to increase the number of customs by attracting guests to Japan. There are many tourists visiting from other Asian country and the number of visitors is increasing significantly. The expansion of the international route aims these tourists from Asian countries. It is expected to take few years for Jetstar's financial status to be in the black, getting out of debts. The Japanese and the Australian airways will be supporting Jetstar for middle to long term. Hopes are high for this international route, hopefully Jetstar will be in black financially in expands the route to other countries too.
