Eren and Jean Sings Ending Theme Song for "Attack on Titan: Junior High"
TV anime "Attack on Titan: Junior High", which will air in October, will feature the song "Hangeki no Daichi" as its ending theme. The song is performed by "Eren Yeager (Yūki Kaji), Jean Kirstein (Kishō Taniyama) , Mikasa Ackerman (Yui Ishikawa) from attackers", inspired by the junior high-school band "attackers" that also appears in the comics. It's a powerful rock number-themed in counterattack, and Eren and Jean perform as main vocals. They sing the revenge to the Titans. The CD will be released on November 18, and a series of character songs are planned to follow suit.
"Attack on Titan: Junior High" is an official spin-off comic of "Attack on Titan" and reaching a circulation of over 1.8 million copies.
While the original "Attack on Titan" tries to make clear of the great mysteries of the world by depicting a great fight between Titans and human being, the spin-off animation is a school parody placing the setting in a junior high school. Eren, who aspires to drive away Titans from the world, enters the "Shingeki Junior High" with Mikasa and finds it a crazy place where both humans and Titans attend.
Also, the third promotion video has been released. Titled as "One Day's "Attack on Titan: Junior High" Diary: -Levi and Hange-", Levi (Hiroshi Kamiya) and Hange (Rumi Park) appears in the video. Important clues to reveal the details of the animation, which is wrapped in a mystery, are hidden with new outtakes.
