This is 20% of the whole population of the city. Therefore, City of Funabashi will have to be able to manage over 5 thousand notifications in safe until all notifications will be in hands of individuals. The city is renovation one of the unused night clinic into an exclusive room with security to keep the notifications. The Japanese government is calling Japanese citizen to make sure that the living address is updated with the government.

On the other hand of the movement of the government, there are people who are strongly against the new system of My Number.
